Dear Members,

Recently, we have had a spate of people submitting either their entire galleries at one sitting to the favorites folder or parodic renderings done in MS Paint.  On top of that, we have had a lot of people submitting to the wrong folders.   Because of this phenomenon, the admins have implemented the following changes:
Anything that is not submitted to the correct folder will be denied. Folder contents are pretty self-explanatory.
Global limit on favorites--no more than 3 per day from anyone, member or non-member Members may not propose their own work to the favorites gallery.</strong>
Global limit on member submissions--3 per day total in any combination to any folders.  This keeps the admins inboxes from overflowing.
If a deviation is in storage, it will be removed from the group gallery.  Any screen-captures will be immediately denied or removed from the gallery.  Screen captures are not allowed, per DA Policy.  
(And this was a hard decision to come to).  If it is obvious to the admins that the work was created solely for parody purposes (ie. 'poops'), and does not display a concerted effort at creating it, it will be denied.  This decision will be solely at the discretion of the admins. We do not like to discriminate against artistic abilities, but the recent spate of MS Paint scribbles has led us to take this action.
